New telephony system has been delayed and 'going live' from 8th January 2024
A new telephony system – Patient Line (will replace the current system on the 8th January 2024.
The new technology is set to improve patient access and experience by making it easier for patients to get through to a GP.
The new system offers multiple phone lines and call-back functionality, helping to better manage demand.
Patient Line is integrated with EMIS, our clinical system.
