The NHS Northern Gambling Service (also known as the Northern Gambling Clinic) provides specialist addiction therapy and recovery to people affected by gambling addiction, as well as those with mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and suicidal feelings. We also provide help to people close to those with gambling addiction, such as family, partners, and carers.
Beacon Counselling Trust (Gambling support)
Beacon Counselling Trust (BCT) is a North West based education, treatment and support charity, which employs fully qualified therapists who have extensive experience working in the area of mild to moderate mental health to support individuals on our Merseyside based suicide bereavement programme and our North West based gambling harms programme.

GamCare is part of the National Gambling Support Network
The National Gambling Support Network, formerly known as ‘The National Gambling Treatment Service’, is a group of organisations across Great Britain that provide free, confidential and personalised support for anyone who’s experiencing harm from gambling, as well as those affected by someone else’s gambling. Wherever someone makes contact throughout this network, these providers work alongside each other through referral pathways to deliver the most appropriate package of care for individuals experiencing difficulties with gambling and for those who are impacted by someone else’s gambling.
