Between March and May 2026, Ainsdale Medical Centre continued to provide a high level of care and support to our patients. During this period, we offered 13,368 clinician appointments and 5,665 nursing team appointments, processed 7,260 prescription requests, actioned 10,678 patient letters, and received 16,282 telephone calls, with an average wait time of around 120 seconds. We also registered 211 new patients and saw a further increase in the number of patients signed up to the NHS App, helping more people access services digitally. Thank you to our patients for continuing to work with us and for cancelling appointments they no longer need, so these can be offered to others.
