What Can I Do Online?

The NHS App
The NHS App is a simple and secure way to access NHS services on your smartphone, tablet or computer.
Using the NHS App, you can:
- Order repeat prescriptions
- View your GP health record
- View test results
- Check your medications and allergies
- View hospital referrals and appointments
- Access NHS services online
- Manage your healthcare in one place
The NHS App is available free of charge from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Use PATCHS for:
- New medical concerns
- Ongoing health problems

- Fit note requests

Do Not Use PATCHS For:
- Medical emergencies
- Chest pain
- Severe breathing difficulties
- Suspected stroke symptoms
- Severe bleeding

Most patients can now access their prospective GP health record through the NHS App.
Depending on the level of access available, you may be able to view:
