At Ainsdale Medical Centre, we understand that health is about much more than medicine. Many factors can affect our wellbeing, including loneliness, financial worries, housing concerns, caring responsibilities, bereavement, and social isolation.

Social Prescribing is a free service that helps connect people with local groups, activities, services and support within the community to improve their health and wellbeing.

What Can Social Prescribing Help With?

You may benefit from Social Prescribing if you would like support with:
